About Sergio M.
With more than 25 years of experience in real estate development in Mexico, the United States and Spain. Architect and Urban Planner (UIA and Universite de la Bourgogne) with specialties in Finance (Columbia) and Real Estate Development (MIT) he has dedicated his professional life to the design, financing and operation of real estate businesses. He has held the investment development direction at Casas Geo, Quiero Casa and Valor Capital (USA).
Between 2006 and 2010 he acquired and disincorporated from the ejido regime the land reserve for more than 20,000 homes in the southeastern region of the country, being captivated by the wealth of its people and at the same time deeply concerned by it's slow economic development.
After the announcement of the creation of the Interoceanic Corridor of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, the architect found the opportunity to participate in its development, promoting one of the most backward areas of the country.
He is currently taking part as an Advisor to the Board of Proistmo, he is also a Member of the board of LaCimma and a Member of the board of JJAS International USA.
